Maison Evelina is a luxury guesthouse situated in a historic building in the center of Rome, located in Via del Babuino 76, next to the Trinità dei Monti – Spanish Steps.
Our property is in a comfortable and welcoming apartment on the first floor with an elevator. Maison Evelina is located just 300 meters from the Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, all of which can be reached in a lovely stroll. Even Via del Corso, with its cobblestoned streets full of Romans and merry happy night owls is a brief walk from the B&B. The other wonders of Rome such as Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain can all be reached in a few minutes by bus or subway.
Maison Evelina is made up of double or single rooms, each with a private bathroom and the very best in modern comforts. All rooms are elegantly furnished in a shabby chic style. Upon request, it is possible to ask for a crib or an additional bed.

History of Maison Evelina
Maison Evelina is named after my aunt Evelina. My mother inherited the property from his aunt Evelina , married to Arturo Felici. My uncle was the owner of the photo studio in via del Babuino who ran all the official photographs of the pope. Over the years my mother Paola have managed this property today and I decided together with my family, to make one of them a welcoming place for international tourists. The undersigned Francesco, an architect , has renovated this apartment creating four independent rooms and faithful to its architectural style. I collaborated with the architect Giuseppe Zappata for the soundproofing of rooms. This activity is the result of a dream already launched in the US by my brother Andrew, now with Select Italy in charge of tourism in Italy for Americans.
